[Simple home meal] Squid flower roll (easy or edgy)
I made the main dish and salad dish with squid in season. Put the cuttlefish, which is good for energy recovery because it has a lot of taurine ingredients, in a diamond sheath, and put crab meat and onion salad inside and bake it in garlic oil. Draw tulip-shaped leaves with avocado sauce and put squid flower rolls. The squid legs are mixed with the same sauce on the main and made into a salad with glutamato. I made it easy or edgy with squid.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/19
Cut the squid's stomach, remove the backbone and intestines, and cut the mouth with scissors. Sprinkle 2T of flour to wash the ink and rinse thoroughly.

Drain the body thoroughly with a kitchen towel and peel it.
STEP 3/19
Make diamond cuts on the other side, not on the shell side. (Remove water) Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, barbecue seasoning, and black pepper. Flip it over and sprinkle a pinch of salt on the skin.

[Making crab salad] Tear the crab meat in small pieces. Finely chop the onion in the opposite direction and soak it in cold water for 10 minutes. (Removing Arin's taste, sweetening it up)

Put the drained onion, crab meat, mayonnaise, and wasabi in a bowl and mix them evenly with chopsticks. (Yogurt X at this stage)

Put 3T of crab salad on the skin of the squid and roll it.

Put half a cup of grape seed oil in a pan and add sliced garlic when the temperature reaches 160-170 degrees. Carefully place the end of the squid roll in contact with the pan. Tilt pan and cook with spoon, pouring boiling oil on top.

[Making avocado sauce] Put half of avocado, olive oil, salt, and condensed milk in a small blender and return it. (dry) Add 1T~1T of the scoop yogurt and turn the blender once to adjust the concentration.

Draw 2 pieces of avocado sauce in the shape of tulip leaves with a silicone brush on the plate.
STEP 12/19
Remove the roll from the cooling room for 15 minutes and cut it at 2cm intervals. (The narrow side loosens.)

Put 3 pretty rolls on the plate and style the balsamic glaze sauce in the shape of a kidney bean.

[Squid leg salad] Cut the legs into bite-sized pieces.Cut the flesh on the skin into bite-sized pieces.

Blanch the squid in boiling water for a minute. Rinse quickly in cold water to remove residual heat and strainer. (Removal of Water)

Mix the remaining crab meat salad with the legs.Add 1T of scoop yogurt and remaining avocado sauce to your liking. (1.5T)

Place 2 small chaltomatoes in 8 pieces in a salad bowl, round and round, and serve the squid salad on top. Place sliced almond chips and sprinkle with balsamic glaze.

Be sure to dry the squid with a kitchen towel because oil may splash when grilling the squid roll. Do not add condensed milk when using non-sugar yogurt. Red pepper is the point. (For decoration) Put the avocado sauce in a small bowl and dip it in it.
