STEP 1/8
Wash the chives several times in running water, drain them on a sieve, and cut them into appropriate sizes.

Cut the broiler vienna sausage in half and shred.

Remove seeds and shred red and yellow paprika.

Pour 1 tablespoon cooking oil into a pan, stir-fry minced garlic (about 30 seconds) (medium heat)

Add shredded red paprika, yellow paprika and sausage and stir-fry.About 1 to 2 minutes (medium heat)

Add chives, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and stir-fry while mixing evenly (about 1 to 2 minutes on high heat)

Turn off the heat when the chives are 80% cooked (the rest are cooked with residual heat)
STEP 8/8
Place in a bowl and top with sesame salt.
*If you stir-fry the chives on the fire until they are cooked, they will get too chewy and tough, so cook them only about 80%.
*You can use other sausages if you like instead of Grill Vienna sausages.
