Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, prepare the vegetables.,
Cut the green onions into 5cm long pieces
Cut it vertically one more time.
And shred 1/2 onion.
Cut 3 pieces of cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Slice five garlic flat.
Cut bok choy in half and cut it in half.
STEP 2/7
Next, put cooking oil on the wok and garlic
Break 3 pepperoncinos into small pieces and stir-fry.
If we don't have pepperoncino
You can use 1 Cheongyang pepper finely chopped.
STEP 3/7
Pour 500ml of beef bone broth.
I used Bibigo broth,
I don't think the soup is that strong
Add 500ml of seafood broth.
If you don't have broth, you can just use water.
STEP 4/7
Please put in the cabbages
I'll put in the seafood that I prepared.
I added clams, assorted seafood, and shrimp meat.
STEP 5/7
When the soup boils up
Add green onions and onions, sprinkle lightly with pepper, and boil for another 5 minutes.
STEP 6/7
I'll take as much as I can eat
Add the raw noodles and boil them together.
I recommend boiling the noodles separately!
When we boiled it together, the soup became thick..
STEP 7/7
Lastly, if you put the bean sprouts on top, it's done!
