I made a side dish with dried eel that my sister gave me. It is said that you can dry the small eel completely without any moisture and fry dried filefish fillet and eat it as if you were eating it. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I prepared 10 eels that were cleaned and dried.
STEP 2/8
I cut my hair with scissors and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/8
Pour enough cooking oil into a heated pan, and when the oil is heated, add the trimmed eel and stir-fry it like frying in oil.

Since it's golden, take out the crispy fried eel and drain the oil
STEP 5/8
Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a saucepan, prepare 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 green onion, cut the white part, and stir-fry it

Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 2 tablespoon of refined rice wine, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and stir-fry them.

Add the prepared eel and stir-fry it quickly so that the sauce doesn't burn.

Lastly, add the green part of the green onion and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and stir-fry them evenly.
