Trim chives, wash them in water, cut them into 4cm to 5cm lengths, and shred onions.
The shrimp is small, so I just used it. If it's big, cut it into 2~3 pieces.
It's very delicious if you chop onions into a pancake.
So you have to put the onions in tightly

Put the prepared ingredients, chives, onions, and shrimp in the batter
Add 0.5 fish sauce and a little pepper, which are the seasoning ingredients, and mix them evenly.
* Instead of fish sauce, you can add soy sauce

Put enough oil on the heated pan
Put the batter on top and spread it out
Please fry it until it's golden brown in the front and back.
It's not good if it's thick
Spread it out as thin as possible. That way, it's crispy and delicious.
