Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
The ingredients for the sotteok sotteok sauce
Red pepper paste 1, soy sauce 1, ketchup 2, oligosaccharide 2, minced garlic 0.5,
Add 0.5 sugar together and mix evenly.
STEP 2/6
If the rice cake is hard, blanch it slightly and prepare it.
There's a process of baking, but it's not hard and delicious when you grill it in a soft state.
It's good to blanch sausages in hot water.
I prepared 12 tteokbokki and 9 sausages.
STEP 3/6
Please put tteokbokki rice cake -> sausage -> tteokbokki rice cake on skewer in order.
STEP 4/6
Put it in an air fryer and bake it at 200 degrees for 5 minutes
Flip it over and bake for 5 minutes.
STEP 5/6
Spread the sauce evenly on the grilled sotteok
Bake at 180 degrees for another 5 minutes.
* There is a difference in temperature and time of the air fryer, so please check it in between.
