STEP 1/8
Cut the potatoes into thick pieces,
Shred onions and cut bacon into bite-size pieces.

Blanch potatoes once in hot water and use them.

Grease a heated pan with oil (or butter) and stir-fry onions and bacon.

When the onions start to cook translucently, add the boiled potatoes,
Add 150ml of cream soup and bring to a boil.
When the soup starts to boil thickly, adjust the lack of seasoning with salt and pepper.

Put the stir-fried ingredients in an oven-friendly bowl,
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and heat it until the cheese melts.

It's a cheese potato gratin with soft cream soup and light potatoes. :)
