Ingredients
  • Grilled pork back ribs
    300g
  • Salt
    1T
  • Water
    1L
  • parsley powder
    1/2t
  • Barbecue sauce
    1/2cup
  • Ketchup
    1T
  • Oyster sauce
    1/2T
  • Water
    6T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, I'll soak the back ribs in salt water to remove some blood and prepare it so that the taste doesn't feel like it's outside when it's completed later through salt water. Best of all, it is recommended to salt 1T and 1L of water for a day, but when you prepare in a hurry, put it in the refrigerator and salt it for about an hour. Then pour the water away and rinse it again under cold running water and place it on the sieve to remove some moisture.
STEP 2/7
Now, put it in the air fryer so that there is a gap in the middle as much as much as possible. That way, it's good to cook it evenly. Of course, I'll put it in and bake it, and then I'll try to cook it evenly on the flip side. Bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (F) [200 degrees Celsius (C)], lower the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (F) [175 degrees Celsius (C)] and cook for another 15 minutes. When the 25 minute baking time is over, turn it over again and bake for another 20 minutes.
STEP 3/7
If it's cooked all over like this, the pork ribs are done baking.
STEP 4/7
Now it's time to make the pork rib sauce. Add 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, 1T ketchup, 1/2T oyster sauce, 1/2t smoke flover, and 6T water and bring to a boil. If you want to add a sweeter taste, you can add a little honey here. Smoke flavor is a very useful product to buy, and it's a smoked additive. You need to be careful when you use it because it smells like barbecue even with a small amount.
STEP 5/7
Put the grilled pork ribs in the sauce and mix them well and cook them over medium heat for about 5 minutes, and the delicious housewarming food, pork back ribs, is completed. It's much simpler and less greasy because you use an air fryer.
STEP 6/7
It's definitely better because it has a grilled feeling and a subtle smell of direct fire, unlike the boiled pork ribs. I recommend adding flavor through smoke flavor. Of course, if you don't plan to use it often, it's not a necessary ingredient to buy for this recipe.
STEP 7/7
Today, we had a simple housewarming food, pork ribs recipe. It's not a difficult recipe, so you won't have a hard time copying it. Enjoy your day! :)
1) It protects the juices of the meat through the salt and increases the balance of the taste. 2) Add flavor with smoke flavor.
