Wash the salted green peppers, remove the saltiness, and soak them in water. *To get rid of the salty taste, I soaked it for 36 to 40 hours and changed the water in between.

Chop up the green onions.

Add the above amount of seasoning and add the green onions and mix.

Drain the fermented peppers completely on a sieve and mix in the seasoning.

Please put it in a finished bowl.

Put it in a storage container and store it in a refrigerator or kimchi refrigerator.
*The salinity of salted peppers varies from household to household, so adjust the time to soak them according to your preference.
*Be careful not to soak it in water for too long as it may bite the pepper.
*If there is no low-salt soy sauce, use about 1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce.
