First, cut 1/2 onions.
And cut 5-6 garlics.
Cut bok choy into small pieces

Drain in a strainer.

Then, put cooking oil on the pan
Add garlic and onions and stir-fry them first.

When the onions and garlic are cooked
Pour 200ml of whipped cream.
Pour 400ml of milk.
And pour 500ml of seafood stock together.

And the clams and shrimp meat that I prepared
Add seafood and bring to a boil.

When the soup boils, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
And pepper powder
Lastly, add a bit of salt and finish.

Next, boil the noodles.
I couldn't get jjamppong noodles, so I used kalguksu noodles
Boil in boiling water for 5 minutes
Then, put it on a strainer and quickly wash it with cold water.

Boil the cream jjamppong separately after taking as much as you want.
Then add the noodles and boil together for about 2 minutes.
STEP 9/9
Put the noodles in the bowl first.
You can put bok choy on the noodles.
Lastly, if you pour the ingredients and the soup, the delicious cream jjamppong is done.
