Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Ingredients: 1 serving of radish, 2 bags of seafood noodle soup, 1/4 cucumbers, 2 handfuls of buckwheat noodles, 1 boiled egg
No seasoning: 0.3 tablespoons salt, 0.7 tablespoons sugar, 1 egg
Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1.5 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion, half tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, a little sesame seed
STEP 2/8
Chop cucumbers and cut boiled eggs in half.
STEP 3/8
Make makguksu with commercial cold noodles broth.
STEP 4/8
Put red pepper powder, sugar, vinegar, red pepper paste, chopped green onion, crushed garlic, and sesame oil in the broth
Make the sauce and make it cool in the refrigerator.
Cut radishes into thin rectangles and marinate them in salt, sugar, and vinegar for about 30 minutes.
The picture of pickled radish is gone.
STEP 5/8
Boil buckwheat noodles in cold water to remove moisture.
STEP 6/8
Put buckwheat noodles in a bowl and put pickled radish, cucumber, and egg on top
STEP 7/8
Pour in the sauce broth and sprinkle sesame seeds
You can put ice in it and eat it cool.

    Personally... I don't think I added sesame oil.It was so good... I think sesame oil sort of hides the coolness and freshness. Next time, I'm going to make it again without sesame oil^^ I was hungry, so I had to eat right away.. I haven't attached the picture yet.
