Air fryer French fries Kimchi fry recipe
If you're in a situation where you're suddenly welcoming a guest, the preparation of the food is not too much. The quality of the delivery food is so good and there are so many choices, but I personally think I want to serve my own food even if it's simple to serve. Today, you can make it simply using an air fryer, but let's make a kimchi fry that goes well with a nice snack. Usually, bacon is stir-fried crispy and topped with toppings, but I made it simple and delicious using leftover sausages at home. Shall we make French fries together, which are good for snacks and side dishes?

Ingredients
  • Potato
    300g
  • Vienna sausage
    1ea
  • Kimchi
    120g
  • Cooking oil
    1/2T
  • Scallions
    1/2piece
  • Pizza cheese
    30g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, please cut kimchi and chives into small pieces and prepare them. I'll use the chives as garnish later on to make them look more delicious.
STEP 2/7
Please prepare sausages by cutting them at intervals of 1cm.
STEP 3/7
Now it's time to fry the frozen fries in the air fryer. I'll spray it a couple of times to make it more crispy. It's usually fried once, so you can skip this process. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and fry for 15 minutes.
STEP 4/7
I'll prepare other ingredients while the fries are finished. Place half a tablespoon of cooking oil in a preheated frying pan over high heat for 3 minutes and stir-fry sausage until golden brown. Cook enough to make it slightly crispy.
STEP 5/7
Remove the stir-fried sausage and stir-fry kimchi in the same pan for about 5 minutes. All the toppings are done.
STEP 6/7
Spread the crispy fries in a bowl and microwave the fried kimchi, sausage, and pizza cheese for 40 seconds. And if you finish with a little bit of chives, it's air fryer, french fries, and kimchi fry.
STEP 7/7
The combination of fried kimchi and French fries was really good. I was able to enjoy it until the end without feeling greasy. Normally, I fry bacon crispy, but there was no bacon left, so I replaced it with sausage, and it was better than I thought. But I actually liked the harmony with the bacon.
1) Stir-fry enough sausages and prepare them crispy. 2) If you put fried kimchi as a topping, it's good to eat without greasy taste.
