a filling fried lotus root. How to make fried lotus roots
I made thick fried lotus root with a lot of meat at the recommendation of my daughter who went to Japan to study. It was more delicious than I thought because of the crunchy lotus root and the delicious seasoning of the meat.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Shake off the soil and wash the lotus root thoroughly, cut it into 0.3mm thick pieces and soak it in vinegar or salt water. (Prevention of browning)
STEP 2/8
Chop the chives.
STEP 3/8
Add green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, starch, pepper, and sesame oil to the ground pork and knead it to make it sticky.
STEP 4/8
When the meat dough is ready, divide it into 5 pieces.
STEP 5/8
Dry lotus roots with a kitchen towel and add meat like a hamburger.
STEP 6/8
Make batter with flour, salt, and water.
STEP 7/8
Add olive oil moderately and fry lotus root coated in batter.
(Please refer to the detailed explanation in the video.)
STEP 8/8
The sides are also fried with the meat standing up until it is cooked.
Lotus root prevents browning by immersing it in water with salt or vinegar. The crunchiness of lotus roots and the delicious seasoning of meat are more delicious than hamburgers. You can cut the lotus root thinner and fry it quickly with thin meat.
