I made Sumine's side dish gimbap this time It's tofu kimbap made by Lee Sangmin, but I transformed it into fried tofu kimbap. The process of frying tofu is complicated, cumbersome, and consumes oil I decided to use fried tofu that has already been fried. However, it's not seasoned but just fried tofu. And I even made my own California roll with cocktail shrimp and seasoned dried soy sauce. In other words, it means gimbap with everything in it. lol

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Prepare the fried tofu by cutting it into 3 pieces. The more fried tofu you put in, the more savory it is and the texture is soft and good.

Prepare the cheongyang peppers by finely chopping them. Lee Sang-min's tofu gimbap also has Cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 3/13
I also prepared seasoned red-pepper sauce. It's crunchy and crunchy, so it's worth replacing cucumber or pickled radish. I also prepared cocktail shrimp. Shrimp is a shrimp that is already cooked.

Season rice with vinegar, salt, sesame oil, and sesame oil.

Put rice on the seaweed for kimbap. Just put the rice on top like you're making the original gimbap.

Put ham, crab meat, and carrot on it and put the fried tofu and Cheongyang red pepper on it. The sauce is sprinkled with mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce. And roll it up.

Another gimbap is ham, crab meat, carrot, fried tofu, cocktail shrimp, and Cheongyang red pepper with chili sauce and mayonnaise. Roll it up and make gimbap.

This gimbap doesn't have cucumber or pickled radish. It's seasoned soy sauce and fried tofu. It's dried radish gimbap.

Next, the kimbap is made with all the ingredients, such as cucumber, dried soy sauce, dried radish, shrimp, fried tofu, ham, crab meat, egg, fried tofu, cheongyang pepper, carrot, and all the ingredients. The sauce is chili sauce, mayonnaise, and teriyaki!!! The sauce is all over too!!!

This is Kimbap with fried tofu made by Sumine Side Dishes Lee Sang-min. That is, Fried Tofu Kimbap. It is fried tofu kimbap with Cheongyang red pepper in it and mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce in it, so the spicy Cheongyang red pepper flavor takes care of the greasiness of the sauce for a moment, and the soft chewing feeling of fried tofu is good.
