a tuna can-boiled pan-cooker
I didn't buy tuna cans for a long time, but I just left them unattended(?) and there were no side dishes, so I boiled them down. Tuna cans are emergency food. It's a can, so you can store it and fill it with side dishes when there are no side dishes.

Ingredients
  • canned tuna
  • onion
  • Carrot
  • Scallions
  • Seasoned soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Oligosaccharide
  • Red pepper powder
  • ground pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop the onions, carrots, and chives into small pieces and prepare the vegetables to put in the sauce
STEP 2/5
The seasoned soy sauce was enough to soak the vegetables, and I added 2T of oligosaccharide, 1T of sesame oil, 2T of red pepper powder, and pepper.
STEP 3/5
The tuna is made of a large one. It's good if you cook it in an earthen pot. I want to do it in a small earthen pot, but I can't use the small one in an electric stove, so the earthen pot is a bit big
STEP 4/5
Add the sauce to the tuna and mix the sauce so that the tuna doesn't break too much
STEP 5/5
Season the tuna can and cook it like this.
