STEP 1/7
First, shred the zucchini and onion. I was going to cut the zucchini into half-moon slices, but I just shredded it to make it easy to scoop. I think it'd be good to cut it to suit your taste.

In a heated pan, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of perilla oil, stir-fry zucchini first, and when the zucchini starts to cook, stir-fry the sliced onions. When the onions start to cook,
