Prepare a handful of flat noodles

Boil it in 500ml of water with dry shiitake in a ramen pot (the noodles drink a lot of water
*If you boil it for about 10 minutes, the glass noodles will be cooked transparently and soft enough to eat right away

Trim the vegetables while the glass noodles are boiling.
Slice 1/4 onions and 1/4 bell peppers, and the zucchini will quickly fade, so it's better to slice them in a little flat.
*If you have a handful of chives and 1/4 carrots, it's good to add them together.
*Required vegetables are onion, green pepper, zucchini, and shiitake mushrooms

When the glass noodles and shiitake mushrooms are cooked, you can leave them in a ramen pot for a while while you trim the vegetables. Then the noodles are softer. Then move it right into the rice cooker. You can throw away the remaining boiled water without adding it

Add all the cut vegetables. And add the sauce, too
Seasoning: 1T oyster sauce, 1T soy sauce, 2T soy sauce, 1.5T sugar, a little pepper, 1T sesame oil
Add all the seasonings and mix the vegetables and seasonings evenly so that the glass noodles are brown evenly

If you reheat it for 9 minutes, the glass noodles and vegetables will all be cooked. Stir evenly with a spatula

Sesame seeds and enjoy it
