Cooking Steps

Grease a heated pan
Pour half of the egg mixture and fry over medium heat until golden.
*I cut the tofu too big _
If tofu is big, it's hard to fold it in half. It could rip apart.
So it's better to cut tofu into small pieces.

You can make one more in the same way.
It's an omelet, so you don't have to cook the insides perfectly.
