Cooking Steps

Slice zucchini as thinly as possible.

Bake the sliced zucchini in an oiled frying pan until golden brown.

Cool the roasted zucchini on a paper towel.

Chop 2 chives.
Add soy sauce 3, red pepper powder 0.5, minced garlic 0.5, sesame seeds 0.5, and sesame oil 0.5 to make the sauce.

Place the cooled zucchini in a bowl and mix with the sauce of (4).
