Making Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Sandwich with Bread
We have a light meal with sandwiches or toast on weekend mornings. I usually eat bread baked in butter with peanut butter or strawberry jam, but I especially wanted a hearty breakfast on this day. So I took out smoked salmon and cream cheese from the refrigerator and made a sandwich.

Ingredients
  • Smoked salmon

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Slice onions thinly, soak them in cold water, drain them, and drain them.

Add 75g of cream cheese, chopped capers, a little pepper and a teaspoon of lemon juice and mix well to make a cream cheese spread

Heat the frying pan over medium heat and place the bread on top, brown it back and forth, and bake it.

Spread cream cheese spread on one side of baked bread.

Fold the smoked salmon well on one side of the bread.

Place onions on top of smoked salmon.

Cover the other side of the bread with cream cheese spread to complete the smoked salmon sandwich.
It's light and delicious not to use butter when baking bread.
