Making Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Sandwich with Bread
We have a light meal with sandwiches or toast on weekend mornings. I usually eat bread baked in butter with peanut butter or strawberry jam, but I especially wanted a hearty breakfast on this day. So I took out smoked salmon and cream cheese from the refrigerator and made a sandwich.

Ingredients
  • Smoked salmon

Cooking Steps

Slice onions thinly, soak them in cold water, drain them, and drain them.

It's light and delicious not to use butter when baking bread.
