STEP 1/9
Cut tofu in half and cut it into bite-size pieces. I braised 2 pieces of tofu. Hanmo eats it quickly^^
STEP 2/9
Cover the kitchen towel up and down to remove moisture
STEP 3/9
Heat the pan and oil it, then put the tofu on top and fry it until golden brown. If you sprinkle salt when you fry it, it tastes better because the seasoning is slightly doubled
STEP 4/9
Chop Cheongyang peppers sideways, and chop onions and chives finely
STEP 5/9
Add the sauce, chopped Cheongyang red pepper, onion, and chives and mix them evenly. Mix 1/3 of the water in the sauce. In braised Jongwon Baek tofu, onions and green onions were put on top separately, but I put them in the sauce and boiled them together. I made enough sauce because it's a lot of 2mo. If you make this sauce, you can use it in various ways or dip it in jeon
STEP 6/9
Put the baked tofu in a cooking pan and pour the sauce on it
STEP 7/9
Add the remaining water and boil it down
STEP 8/9
When it starts to boil, boil it over medium heat and boil it down. I liked the small amount of soup, so I boiled it with a little more water than the amount
STEP 9/9
When it's ready, add a tablespoon of perilla oil and boil it down a little more. It's a way to make #Jongwon Baek tofu stew by boiling it and making the soup
