Rice cooker mini pizza
I used Kkaejaengi Market's Fleatbred recipe as a rice cooker

  • Flour
    6T
  • Water
    3T
  • Dry East
    1/4T
  • Cooking oil
    1/2T
  • Salt

  • onion

  • Paprika
    1/8ea
  • canned corn

  • mozzarella cheese
    3T
  • Spaghetti sauce
    2T
  • Vienna sausage
    1ea
  • parsley
    little
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Put all the bread ingredients in a bowl
Whole wheat flour 35g (6T), water 3T, salt 1 pinch, dry yeast 1/4T, cooking oil 1/2T
*You can use regular flour or soft flour instead of whole wheat flour
*It's good to sift it and use it
STEP 2/9
Rub a lot so that it becomes round and chewy. It becomes a handful of dough
Place in an airtight container and let ripen at room temperature for about 2 hours
STEP 3/9
Make dough by rolling it thinly with a rolling pin About 3mm thick. Then it'll be about 15cm in diameter
*It's much better than blooming by hand because the rolling pin spreads thinly and evenly.
*Make a mark with a fork overall and allow it to swell evenly when baking. :)
STEP 4/9
Put the dough on the bottom of the rice cooker
STEP 5/9
Spread 2T pizza/spaghetti sauce. Slice 1/8 onions and 1/8 paprika on top, slice 1 sausage and top with toppings
STEP 6/9
Mozzarella cheese 3T, sweet corn 1T, parsley and pepper
Please bake fermented bread for 20 minutes :)

It's done.
STEP 8/9
You can take it out of the rice cooker with a low-cost spatula or flat one
STEP 9/9
You can eat it with sugar or hot sauce
Enjoy your meal!
