STEP 1/6
I'm going to prepare the ingredients in a similar size today. Cut the potatoes and spam into small pieces, about 0.7cm square, and cut the chives vertically in half, and then cut them into pieces. If you leave a little green onion and use it for garnish later, you can make it look more deliciously.
STEP 2/6
Now, preheat the frying pan over high heat for 3 minutes, add about half a tablespoon of cooking oil, and stir-fry the green onions for 2 minutes to fully flavor.
STEP 3/6
Now add spam and potatoes and stir-fry for about 4 minutes. It takes a while for the potatoes to cook. Stir-fry while mixing as evenly as possible.
STEP 4/6
When it's fried to a certain extent, add a tablespoon of oyster sauce, a small spoon of salt, and 1/2 of pepper, stir-fry well, turn off the heat, add half a spoon of sesame oil, mix it, and put it in a bowl and add chives and sesame seeds to complete the spam fried rice recipe!
STEP 5/6
The savory taste of spam and the texture of potatoes were added to the sticky rice, so I could enjoy it even more deliciously. The scented scallion catches the overall greasy taste and adds flavor, so you can eat it without being greasy.
STEP 6/6
Today, I'm here with you with a spam fried rice recipe that is simply completed using the remaining ingredients. For some reason, I think it would be good to have a late weekend lunch and eat lightly. Enjoy your day! :)
1) Stir-fry the green onions enough to give them a flavor.
2) Add or subtract salt to your preference.
