Clean the outside with salt, cut the cucumber into 3~4 pieces, and add a + shape cut

Dissolve 5 tablespoons of salt in warm water and pickle cucumber
+ Pickle the cucumber cuts for about 30 minutes until they open smoothly. (If you pickle them in warm water, you can shorten the time^^)

I'm going to refer to the altoro recipe that says it's good if you put in radish, and I'm going to cut the radish into small pieces

Add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder to the chopped radish and add the water
