Schnitzel in Germany, the same as Korean pork cutlet
Hello, I'm Jandeul. I made Schnitzel, one of the famous German dishes. Schnitzel is a dish that can be said to be almost the same as Korean pork cutlet. But recently, pork cutlet was greatly influenced by Japanese pork cutlet and evolved into thickened meat and fried with large chunks of bread crumbs. However, I personally prefer Korean pork cutlet that I ate when I was young. I think Schnitzel in Germany is more like this old Korean pork cutlet. In Germany, there is a separate part for Schnitzel, so the name is just Schnitzel. It's usually made from that area, but it's really fat-free, so I personally don't like it and I make schnitzel with pork neck. It is properly mixed with fat, so it is more savory and soft to chew. Then you should try making it, too Hah! You'll feel the nostalgia of the old pork cutlet again.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
If the pork neck is sliced, use it as is
If it's lumps, cut it into 1cm thick pieces.
STEP 2/12
Hammer the meat, or beat it with a knife.
Tap it outward as if you're spreading it out.
STEP 3/12
Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on both sides.
STEP 4/12
First, coat the meat with flour.
You have to coat it well so that it sticks well next time
STEP 5/12
Shake the flour in moderation and put it in the egg mixture immediately and coat it with the egg mixture.
STEP 6/12
Put the meat in a breadcrumb container and coat it with breadcrumbs.
Apply bread crumbs evenly on both sides and press it with strong force to make the bread crumbs stick well.
STEP 7/12
Take out the amount you want to eat right away, wrap the rest in plastic wrap one by one, and freeze them in the freezer.
STEP 8/12
Heat a frying pan with plenty of oil.
Put a piece of bread crumbs and put the meat on top when it comes up.
STEP 9/12
The meat is fried over medium heat, turning both sides evenly.
Approximately 5 minutes on each side
STEP 10/12
Put ketchup in a small bowl, add Worcester sauce and sugar, and mix well to complete the pork cutlet sauce.
STEP 11/12
When the meat is done frying, place the kitchen paper on the cutting board and place the meat on top to drain the oil.
STEP 12/12
If you serve the dish well, it's over
