STEP 1/11
Stir-fry dried shrimp in a dry pan without oil and shake it in a basket once to remove impurities.
STEP 2/11
Cut the kkari peppers in half too long and cut the uncut peppers into holes to make the liver easier to cut.
STEP 3/11
First, put oil on the pan and stir-fry the kkari peppers.
STEP 4/11
Don't forget to season the peppers with salt and stir-fry them quickly over high heat so that they don't die.
STEP 5/11
Let's officially start cooking now.
Put 6T of oil and 6T of soy sauce in a pan without turning on the heat.
STEP 6/11
Add garlic and cooking wine to mix.
STEP 7/11
Lastly, add sugar and starch syrup and heat it up.
STEP 8/11
When it starts to boil like the picture, this is the time to put in the shrimp.
STEP 9/11
Reduce heat and add shrimp and mix quickly.
STEP 10/11
Stir-fry for about 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce seeps into the shrimp and the oil turns.
STEP 11/11
Now, add 1T of sesame oil and stir-fried pepper and mix it. That's it!
Sprinkle some sesame seeds to make it look good.
I forgot to wake up
If you use dried shrimp after washing it in water, you can taste a softer stir-fried shrimp. However, if you prefer crispy food to moist food, don't wash it and stir-fry it right away.
I used up 200g of shrimp to use up a whole bag of chili peppers, but about 100g for home use is enough. Don't do too much
