STEP 1/10
The onions are sweet and delicious.
Two, about the same size as a potato,
One potato, one half carrot,
Prepare a handful of pork tenderloin or sirloin. (Beef, chicken, ham are all good.)

Cut the vegetables into small pieces

Wrap the meat in a kitchen towel to drain the blood and season it with pepper, a little rice wine, and a small spoon of soy sauce.

If the meat changes color on the outside, add the vegetables and stir-fry together.

If starch comes out of the potato, it might stick, so check and stir-fry it.

Now add 500 grams of water, close the lid, and boil for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, check if the potatoes and meat are cooked, and when they are cooked, reduce the heat and add 5 tablespoons of curry powder and mix them well.

Bring to a boil for 3 more minutes while mixing well and turn off the heat.

Put warm rice on a plate and put sesame seeds and parsley powder on top
