Making aglio e olio :: Green onion shrimp oil pasta
I made it at home because I remembered the green onion shrimp pasta that I ate at my favorite restaurant. It's an oil pasta that's more delicious because it's made with a lot of ingredients.

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
You can shred green onions and use them. It's good to use green onions like me.
STEP 2/11
I prepared strong shrimp.
Let stand for a while, sprinkling a little bit of cooking wine and pepper to catch the fishy taste.
STEP 3/11
Add salt to boiling water until it feels salty and add noodles.
If you like the hard texture of pasta noodles, 8 minutes
If you like soft texture, 10 minutes
If you like the middle like me, I recommend 9 minutes.
STEP 4/11
Drain the boiled noodles and mix with a little olive oil.
It prevents the noodles from sticking together
STEP 5/11
Slice garlic thinly and add pepperoncino.
Instead of pepperoncino, you can put in Cheongyang red pepper!
Add enough olive oil.
STEP 6/11
While frying garlic, add seasoned shrimp and stir-fry it
STEP 7/11
Add a small spoonful of white wine to enhance the flavor.
If there's none, skip it!
STEP 8/11
Add green onion salad and stir-fry it.
STEP 9/11
If the green onion is out of breath, add pasta noodles and noodle water.
Add a little bit of water at the bottom and stir-fry it.
STEP 10/11
Add salt or oyster sauce to the last seasoning.
If you add a spoonful of oyster sauce, it'll taste good!!
STEP 11/11
I like basil scents, so I'll add dried basil powder.
If you don't like it or don't like it, pass!!
Usually, when making aglio e olio, you put in a lot of basil powder,
I added a little bit because of the shrimp flavor.
