Trim the shrimp and mix a little bit of cooking wine 1T, salt, and pepper.

Stir-fry 1T of salt and 1T of minced garlic in olive oil oil.

Please make garlic oil over low heat.

Pepperoncino (dried red pepper) is added to add a spicy taste.
You can skip it.

Add shrimp and bayonet and stir-fry.
When the shrimp is cooked, it's done!

Put it on baguette bread and enjoy it.

If it's spaghetti in the remaining olive oil, it's really delicious if you boil it and stir-fry it together!!!
If you make enough olive oil, make sure to make aglio e olio.
If there's no dried pepper, I put in a bit of red pepper powder and ate it. (Be careful not to get too much red pepper oil.)
