Wash the coriander, red, and cheongyang peppers and remove the top. Please prepare onions and sausages, too.

Slice the sausage sideways, cut the long one in half, and cut the onion, red pepper, and Cheongyang red pepper.

Chop the green onions, too.

Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry green onions and onions (about 3 to 4 minutes)

Add the pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add sausage, red pepper, and cheongyang pepper and stir-fry.

Stir-fry oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, and plum extract, then mix with sesame oil and sesame salt.

Put it in a bowl.
