  • Water
    600ml
  • crushed garlic
    1/2T

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, cut the cabbage in half lengthwise to add sweetness, and then cut it at 2cm intervals. Cut the green onions and chives 4cm apart, cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom about 1.5cm, and remove the attached part roughly. Slice red pepper and cheongyang red pepper to 0.3cm thick diagonally. And you can cut the tofu to suit your taste, but I cut one hair in half and cut it into 1cm thick.
STEP 2/6
I'll make the broth now. Put 600mL of water in an anchovy broth pack (half a handful of anchovies, 2 pieces of kelp) and when it boils, reduce the heat to medium and boil it for 8 minutes to make a basic broth.
STEP 3/6
Now, add cabbage, green onions, and chives and when it boils a little bit, strain the two tablespoons of soybean paste through a sieve. And add the trimmed blue crab.
STEP 4/6
Add the blue crab and boil for about 5 minutes before adding the trimmed peppers.
STEP 5/6
Now, add tofu and enoki mushrooms and finish with 1/2T of minced garlic and 1t of red pepper powder, and you're done making delicious blue crab soybean paste stew with a spicy and savory taste.
STEP 6/6
Soybean paste stew with the savory taste of soybean paste and the savory taste of soybean paste from full-fleshed crab. I think it's a special jjigae menu that stimulates your appetite whenever you eat it.
1) It's convenient to use frozen crabs that have been trimmed. 2) Season with soybean paste.
