Making soy milk ice cream that melts in your mouth

  • whipped cream
    500ml
  • Oligosaccharide
    1TS
Cooking Steps

Put 500ml of whipped cream in a bowl.

Put two packs of domestic soy milk in a bowl.
STEP 3/6
Add 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide.
STEP 4/6
Stir the ingredients with a whisk to blend well.
STEP 5/6

STEP 6/6
After inserting a stick and freezing it in the freezer for more than 4 hours, soy milk ice cream is completed.
If you want a sweeter ice cream, add more oligosaccharide!
