Making kimchi fried rice with a rice cooker
You can cook hard kimchi fried rice in a rice cooker with the leftover kimchi soup

Cooking Steps

It's for one person. When you make more than 2 servings, make it double. Wash a cup of rice in a rice cooker with a rice cup, throw away the water, add sesame oil 2T, anchovy sauce 1T, and sugar 1T, and mix it with a plastic rice paddle or silicone economical spatula so that the coating does not come off
STEP 2/4
Put about 100ml of kimchi soup in a measuring cup and fill the remaining 150ml with water to make 250ml
STEP 3/4
Pour 250ml of soup over rice and cook for 35 minutes

It's good to solve the leftover kimchi soup :) You can cut and mix the seaweed or eat it with fried eggs. Or you can use it as rice when you make gimbap It's really good if you wrap it with seaweed
