Gamtae French-style gimbap
I made dried gamtae gimbap from gamtae, which I ate a lot since I was young.. It's spicy and soft to eat when I make French jelly and put it in kimbap

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare crab meat by tearing it by hand.
STEP 2/8
Roll up the fish cake and shred it.
STEP 3/8
Season rice with salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
STEP 4/8
Put soy sauce, fish sauce, red pepper powder, crushed cheongyang pepper in a pan and boil fish cake seasoning.

When it boils, add fish cake and stir-fry it.

Please cut the cheese right before wrapping the gimbap.

Gamtae is thin, so you have to put two sheets on it.
Spread rice on gamtae and roll it with pickled radish, crab meat, French jelly, and cheese.

Gamtae gimbap keeps popping, so please cut it a little thick.
Gamtae gimbap is so soft that it is easy to burst.. Make sure to lay down 2 sheets and cut them thickly.
