Making ultra-simple oyster noodles

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put water in a pot and boil the broth with anchovies, kelp, radish, shiitake mushrooms, and green onion white parts. (The strong broth is the point here!!)
STEP 2/5
When the broth is thick, take out the ingredients and season the broth with minced garlic and anchovy sauce.
STEP 3/5
Add oysters and green onions and turn off the heat when cooked slightly. Add eggs and shredded carrots to your liking.
STEP 4/5
Cook the noodles in boiling water, rinse them in cold water, and remove them.

Put the noodles in the broth and put them in a bowl, and put the broth and garnish on it!!
