Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add the amount of seasoning ingredients for the beef bulgogi and marinate evenly.
STEP 2/5
Shred clean onions, radishes, and carrots, slice cucumbers thinly with fillers, and chop green and red peppers.
STEP 3/5
Mix shredded radishes and carrots with vinegar, sugar and fish sauce; mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
STEP 4/5
Pour cooking oil on a medium-high heat pan, stir-fry onions, add 1 when half-cooked, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the meat is cooked.
STEP 5/5
After making a cut in the middle of the baguette bread, spread the Srirachamayo sauce evenly on both sides, put radish on one side, cucumber on the other side of the carrot, bulgogi in the middle, and put green red pepper and coriander on top.
