Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil to the heated pan
STEP 2/6
Stir-fry 4 sliced garlic and 5-6 pepperoncinos.
Until the garlic scent comes up
STEP 3/6
Wash the Gongsimchae clean and cut it into 3 pieces so it's easy to eat. First, put the stem and start frying
Add 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon anchovy sauce and stir-fry
STEP 4/6
When the stem is half out of breath, add the leaves and stir-fry them
STEP 5/6
Add the leaves and stir-fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute. If you're out of breath, turn off the heat
STEP 6/6
Sprinkle sesame seeds in a bowl and enjoy it.
