Last time, I made clear soup, but this time, I added red pepper powder and seasoned it with anchovy sauce I made a cool and spicy pollack fish stew. It's a spicy pollack stew that's boiled very simply without any other ingredients.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Prepare tofu, water parsley, and onion by cutting them into big pieces.
STEP 2/11
Cut radish into similar sizes and prepare them. Take out the frozen broth and boil it with radish. It's a natural seasoning broth, and the ingredients are natural seasoning, green onion roots, shiitake mushroom columns, dried pollack, and cabbage wick.
STEP 3/11
If the broth is boiling, add the half-dried pollack and boil it.
STEP 4/11
Add minced garlic, rice wine, and red pepper powder. Cheongju was put in to catch the smell and fishy smell. And add onions. I seasoned it with anchovy sauce. Salted shrimp is good or you can make it with soy sauce.
STEP 5/11
When it starts boiling, add bean sprouts and tofu. Close the lid and boil it. When bean sprouts are out of breath, add green onions. If you want a more spicy flavor depending on your preference, you can add Cheongyang red pepper. Sprinkle a little bit of pepper. From now on, I'm going to cook it over medium heat. That way, the soup will come out.
STEP 6/11
If the broth is thick, put water parsley at the end and turn off the heat. This is because the residual heat will allow the water parsley to be fully cooked. Lastly, if you think the seasoning is weak, you can season it with salt.
STEP 7/11
This is a spicy and cool pollack stew using semi-dried pollack. I think radish and bean sprouts give you a cooler taste.
STEP 8/11
Remove the pollack from the remaining pollack spicy fish stew and add only the flesh. It's pollack spicy fish stew with all the bones removed and only flesh. Boil it over high heat.
STEP 9/11
When it starts to boil, put noodles in here. You don't put noodles in the soup, you just put the noodles in it. It's also just putting the noodles in the soup.
STEP 10/11
If you add noodles like that, the soup becomes thick. Stir well so that the noodles do not clump together.
STEP 11/11
Once the noodles are fully cooked and the soup is thick, it's done. It's a fish porridge made with the remaining pollack spicy soup. I got to eat two meals with one spicy fish stew. lol
