STEP 1/10
First, slice carrots (1/3) and cabbage (1 to 2) thinly.

Cut the green onions in half and slice them.
*You can cut it without cutting it in half. :)

Put cabbage, carrot and green onion in a bowl and sprinkle with salt (1/2 teaspoon) and mix well.

Melt the butter in a preheated pan over low heat, pour the vegetables + egg water, and fry until golden brown.
Cut the finished vegetable egg pancake according to the size of the bread.

Melt the butter in a preheated pan over medium heat, and the bread is golden brown

Place the bread on a cooling net and let it cool.
*If you don't have a cooling net, set two slices of bread in a shape and cool it down.

Please grill the bacon back and forth as well :)
STEP 8/10
Spread two slices of bread and place cheddar cheese on top of each slice of bread.
STEP 9/10
Sprinkle as much sugar as you like. (Both)
Vegetable egg fry - bacon - ketchup - vegetable egg fry, and finally, top with cheddar cheese + sugar.

Wrap it carefully with a sandwich wrapper and use a bread knife
