STEP 1/4
First, put a sheet of pork skin in a rice cooker without cutting it, add 1.5 cups of water to cover it, cut one onion in half, and then add it to the water and dissolve the soybean paste 1T
Add 3 pieces of garlic or 1T of minced garlic
If you steam it for 25 minutes, the pork skin becomes soft like jelly
*Try it slightly and if the skin isn't soft, cook it for 10 more minutes
*If you want to eat the meat together, you can put the meat in the shell
After 25 minutes of multi-purpose steaming, remove only the skin and meat, cool it, and cut it into bite-size pieces with scissors
* Throw away boiling water and onions
*If you add soybean paste, the color of the skin becomes darker and the oiliness and smell decrease
*It's more plain if you cut out the white fat on the inside of the pork skin
