Onion mozzarella cheese scones
It's a scone with sweet caramelized onions in a scone dough and a lot of mozzarella cheese. It's a perfect brunch menu with hot soup^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
- Please prepare all the ingredients cold.
STEP 2/11
- Slice the onions thinly and saute in a pan until brown.
- After stir-frying, put it on a wide plate and cool it down.
(In the meantime, leave the other ingredients in the refrigerator for a while and keep them cold.)

- Cut butter into small pieces with a scraper.
- Add the sifted powder and sugar salt and mix while finely cutting the butter.

- When butter and powder are mixed to a certain extent, mix it with both hands as if it is a fluffy coating.
- When mixed, add mozzarella cheese and stir-fried onions and lightly mix with a scraper.

- Dig a little groove in the middle of the dough and mix the milk in 2 to 3 steps.

- When the dough is complete, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

- Roll the rest of the dough about 2cm high with a rolling pin.

- Cut into appropriate sizes and spread milk on top.

- After applying milk, add extra mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with a little parsley.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 to 18 minutes.
