Since there are spicy kimchi dumplings, simple and light?? I made dumpling hot pot with mushrooms and naengmyeon. Since it's cold season these days, I really like the scent of cold. It's good if you add naengi in shabu shabu. It's good to boil it with the naengi in the hot pot like this way. It's full of spring scent but it's spicy...I'm sure the soupy. And for the broth, I put in spring vegetable broth, put water, and boil it quickly It's dumpling hot pot.

Cooking Steps

I chopped up the mushrooms, baby mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and onions and prepared. Of course, you can just tear the enoki mushrooms.

I'll cut the chives and scallions into similar lengths and prepare them. I didn't put in green onions because it has chives in it.

Place evenly in a hotpot pot and place the naengmyeon in the middle. And I added tofu.

And put the dumplings on top of it. This is the spicy kimchi dumpling I made the other day. Since it's dumpling hot pot, it's better to put in a lot of dumplings.

Dissolve the vegetable broth in water. And bring to a boil. Add a little bit of minced garlic while it's boiling. If you think the liver is weak after tasting it, you can season it with salt or soy sauce. But the vegetable broth is also seasoned, so I think you can use it as a broth without seasoning.

Pour in the boiled vegetable broth. From now on, you can boil the ingredients again until they are fully cooked. I added a little pepper.

Dumpling hot pot that you can easily boil and eat on the spot is complete. Today's table is really simple. In a way, it's a table made with ingredients. For Chan, Seok foil, green onion kimchi, and cabbage kimchi, that's it!!! I was thinking about making the sauce, but I thought I should just eat it with the taste of dumpling hot pot, so I skipped the sauce!!

The more it boils, the more spicy the soup comes out of the dumpling. It's a dumpling hot pot that's light and cool at first, but tastes slightly spicy when you keep boiling it. It tasted very different from the traditional dumpling hot pot.
