Stir-fried beef with chives
This is the basic side dish recipe^^ I think it's good to eat it as a side dish if you stir-fry it with beef using light green onions or garlic sticks. When it comes to green onions, both children and adults tend to have a repulsion. Japchae flavor? Bulgogi flavor? So it's good to eat without repulsion^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice beef into non-greasy parts and marinate with seasoning.
STEP 2/6
Cut chives or garlic stems into pieces if they are thick and cut them into the length of the index finger joints.
STEP 3/6
Stir-fry the marinated meat.
STEP 4/6
When the meat is cooked, add the green onions and stir-fry until it is breathtaking.
STEP 5/6
Put the stir-fried ones in a side dish container and sprinkle sesame seeds.
