STEP 1/9
First, you have to clean up the chicken gizzard so that it doesn't smell bad.
Sprinkle a handful of coarse salt and wash it gently.
STEP 2/9
Then, add 1 cup of flour paper cup and wash it again.
I did it twice because I thought it would smell bad
STEP 3/9
If you rinse it, it'll be clean.
STEP 4/9
Marinate again in milk for 30 minutes.
STEP 5/9
After 30 minutes, rinse it off and cut it into bite-sized pieces because it's a little big.
If you cut it with scissors, it cuts well.
STEP 6/9
I'm going to season it now.
Season it with minced garlic and herb salt.
You can add a little more pepper.
STEP 7/9
Add fried chicken powder and frying powder and knead by pouring water little by little.
Just make sure it doesn't get too tough.
You can fry it at a temperature of 170-180 degrees.
STEP 8/9
It's fried once..
STEP 9/9
If you cool it down for a while and fry it one more time, the fried chicken gizzard is complete.
It's really good at catching the smell
