Put milk, water, sugar, salt, and canola oil in a baking machine container, then add mixed black sesame seeds and flour, then put instant dry yeast on top, and attach to the baking machine. The amount of water that goes in can vary depending on the surrounding environment.. Add the minimum amount first, and then adjust the amount according to the dough.

Start the dough with a quick course in the baking machine.

After 20 minutes, press stop,

It works on a rapid course again, and then kneads again.

When the dough is finished 20 minutes after the rapid course operation, the dough is nicely rounded and put in the baking machine,

From fermentation to baking, it's done!

You can cool the baked bread completely in a cooling net, cut it, and keep it frozen.
The disadvantage is that the dough temperature rises due to heat during operation of the baking machine, and if you prepare liquid ingredients coldly when you start, you can catch the dough temperature rise to some extent.
If the temperature of the dough goes up, it'll be over-fermented, so be careful
