Stir-fried tomato eggs are easy to make, but I think it's the best diet food with low calories and nutrients.
Regular tomatoes are tough, so you have to peel them separately and cook them. So I used cherry tomatoes.

1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Beat in eggs and season with 1 spoon of ketchup and salt and pepper.
3. Stir-fry tomatoes and green onions first.
4. Add eggs and stir.
