STEP 1/8
Please prepare a baguette first.
I bought it at Paris Baguette.
Cut it in half like this.
Cut it vertically, too.
Don't cut it completely, but the ends should be stuck together.
STEP 2/8
I'd like to cut half of the onion.
Cut the carrots into 1/3 pieces.
Cut 1/4 cucumbers diagonally.
There are about five bags in half a baguette.
Then, you can use only 1/2 cucumber peppers.
Next, shred the cabbage into thin slices.
STEP 3/8
Next, make garlic sauce.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of anchovy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and mix well.
STEP 4/8
Make the soy sauce for the sliced pork belly.
Add 1 tablespoon sugar, 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
STEP 5/8
Put the sliced pork belly on the frying pan and add 1 tablespoon of sugar,
Add chopped onions and carrots and stir-fry them first.
STEP 6/8
As soon as the sugar melts, pour the soy sauce.
Stir-fry until the sauce is all boiled down.
STEP 7/8
Next, I'm going to spread this spring roll sauce on the bread.
It's the Nieok mom sauce.
You can buy it right away if you go to a large supermarket.
Spread evenly on one side of bread.
STEP 8/8
Put 2 slices of pickled radish.
Cucumber, cabbage, sliced pork belly, and cucumber pepper
Lastly, put 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce on it and it's done!
