Meat is frozen for shabu-shabu, so we use it after melting it.

This is bulgogi seasoning sauce.
I grind soy sauce, water, cooking sugar, garlic, ginger, onions, and apples and keep them in the refrigerator.

Pour the bulgogi seasoning sauce on the meat until it is enough and add 2 tablespoons of tuna liquid.

Add another tablespoon of minced garlic.

Sprinkle pepper on it.

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix them well.
You can put it in the refrigerator and eat it after aging. You can eat it right away.

You can put the vegetables in the house..
Prepare onions, green onions, carrots, and enoki mushrooms.

Add cooking oil to the wok and stir-fry the vegetables.
Don't put in enoki mushrooms

When the vegetables are out of breath, add marinated bulgogi and cook them evenly.

If it's bland, you can add more soy sauce.
If you want more sweetness, you can add 1 tablespoon more per dish.

Add enoki mushrooms at the end.

If you mix it evenly, it's cooked in the residual heat

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a bit of pepper to complete the beef bulgogi.
You can also use commercial bulgogi seasoning sauce
It's also delicious if you add tuna and sesame oil in the sauce for commercial bulgogi
