  • Tteokbokki and rice cake
    suitably
  • Cooking oil
  • Mustard
    suitably
  • Ketchup
  • Oligosaccharide
  • red pepper paste
    5spoon
  • Soy sauce
    2.5spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
You can't make a cut on a sausage too deep!
STEP 2/13
Boil the water in a pot!
When it starts to boil, put the sausage in and blanch it!Blanching time is when the cuts are made!
Place blanched sausages separately or sift them!

Then, boil the water again~!(Only if the rice cake is hard) If it is soft when holding it with chopsticks/ Boil the blanched rice cake in cold water!
