Pomegranate yogurt salad
Healthy food for breakfast. It's Leitharaita, a salad that you can eat with strong spices in India. It's good for dieting, too

  • Pomegranate
    1ea
  • Tomato
    1ea
  • Cucumber
    1/3ea
  • Salt

Cooking Steps

Prepare 1/3 cucumbers
STEP 2/10
Remove water and seeds from tomatoes
STEP 3/10
Chop tomatoes and cucumbers into small pieces with a knife or machine

Scoop 200g of plain yogurt or Greek yogurt in each bowl with no sugar at all. You can use 200g of rice spoon five times. You can put in as much as you want :)
*Stir the yogurt with a whipping machine first to soften the yogurt without lumps. You can skip it

Put half of the chopped tomato cucumber in a bowl

In a bowl for one person, 2 pinch of salt, 2 pinch of sugar, and add nuts with scissors. It's good to chew
I put about 4 almonds per serving
*The original recipe includes a pinch of cumin powder. If you don't like spices, you don't have to

You can use all the ingredients or use one or two kinds of fruits and vegetables :) If you add vegetables, just use salt, and if you use fruits, it's delicious if you add salt and sugar
